Good to know: Texas law doesn't allow mobile bartenders to buy or supply alcohol. You buy it, and we tell you exactly what to get. It usually costs less than an all-inclusive package, too.

Meet your bartender

Hi, I'm Paige. Consider me your event's secret weapon.

Before White Caps, I pulled espresso as a barista, looked after passengers as a flight attendant and worked as a yacht stewardess. Every one of those jobs taught me the same thing: good hospitality means knowing what people need before they ask.

Today I lead a bar team, develop cocktail menus and train bartenders, and I bring that same care to your event. We're based in Georgetown and proudly serve the greater Austin area.

Questions, answered.

What's included in your services?

Every booking includes a licensed, experienced bartender, help building a custom cocktail menu, setup and cleanup, and all the fixings: bar tools, coolers, mixers, garnishes, cups and ice. Everything except the booze.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Nope, we're a dry hire, as Texas law requires. You provide the alcohol, and we'll help you figure out exactly what and how much. We bring the bar, tools, mixers, garnishes and pro-level service.

Can you help me figure out what alcohol to buy?

Absolutely. You'll get a full shopping list tailored to your guest count and drink choices. No stress, no guessing.

Do you do weddings, birthdays and corporate events?

Yes to all of the above! Whether it's a 10-person backyard hang or a 300-guest reception, we tailor the setup and service to fit the vibe.

Can I hire you for beer and wine only?

100%. If you just want classic service (beer, wine, maybe a bubbly bar), we can keep it simple and still bring the charm.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Georgetown, TX, and happily travel throughout Central Texas, including Austin, Round Rock, Waco, San Marcos and beyond.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance for every event, and we can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.

Will you wear a uniform or a theme outfit?

We keep it clean and event-appropriate. If you're doing a theme, we're happy to match the vibe, within reason. No full-body banana suits.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you know your date! We often book out 1 to 3 months in advance, especially for weekends and wedding season.
